How we work
The company and factory are located in Latvia and Germany. We recruit workers from Latvia as well as from Ukraine and Belarus. We are responsible for the qualifications of our employees, so each employee is not only properly inspected and tested, but also interviewed with specialists in the given field who can identify real professionals among the applicants. We provide a residence permit and a work permit in the European Union, open an EU bank account.

Insurance
Our employees have all the necessary insurance policies - life insurance, insurance against accidents at work. If you obtain a residence permit in the EU, every employee also has an EU insurance policy.
24/7 Support
We speak fluent German. Interpreters are also available. We are able to solve all everyday stressful situations and problems that may arise. We undertake to provide accommodation for our employees if required. We also organize all types of logistics - transport. We provide round-the-clock support, including solving accommodation problems, changing work clothes and solving other problems that may arise.
Metalworking to external companies.
Since 2000, PersonalBüro has been working with ferrous and non-ferrous metals in its own 4500 square meter factory in Latvia. We also work at our customers' sites. The entire production process is certified according to EU standards. We guarantee that all orders are completed on time and to a high standard.
The staff office has all the necessary licenses to operate in the EU.
